Our Dock # 17 is about halfway down, next to a pedestrian access door, and has a sign overheard for FedEx & Customer Pickup. Georgia Expo shares its building with Rossi to access GE’s Dock # 17, please drive down on “the Rossi side” and make the first LEFT to go behind the building. We will bring the items out to our ramp and you may load your vehicle from there.įor local pickup, please go to Dock # 17 of our warehouse, located at the back of Georgia Expo’s office. Our employees will assist in loading from inside our dock, but if items have to be loaded outside of our factory we will not be able to help due to liability reasons. If you are picking up pallets, carts, or long boxes please make sure you bring a dock height vehicle (48″). If you are unsure, please contact us at or 1-80 with your order number so we can let you know the sizes of the boxes, bundles, and/or pallets that comprise your order. Please pick up your order within ten (10) business days from confirmation, or it will be refunded and re-inventoried, with a 25% restocking fee deducted from the refund. You will also receive an email from our sales department once the order has been processed and is ready for pick up. Please add a note to your order to specify when you would like to pick up your order. Yes! When placing your order online, use our address as the ‘Shipping Address’ on the checkout page for customer pick up, and this will remove the shipping charges.
